Customer review Paul and his team carried out an extension and complete refurb of our house. As our house is split level, it presented many challenges but none of these were an issue for Paul or his guys. During covid restrictions when we had to congregate outside at my home in Widemouth Bay the family were discussing and admiring the vista while sitting under the old carport. The idea was born to have a sitting room there with a view. Paul was consulted and he agreed to take on the job. Plans were drawn up by my architect and submitted and passed and the carport dismantled and subsequently replaced with the beautiful building which now allows us to sit and take in those wonderful views. The view is unrestricted as the bifold doors open both ways from the middle allowing the whole front to be open. The doors open on to a decked area where we can also sit and enjoy the views. The skylights allow an amazing view of the clear blue skies or on bad weather days the angry skies or lightning flashing! They also give a spacious and light feel to the room. The room is beautiful to sit in and has been constructed with care and thought. Nothing was done without consultation either way - Paul with his ideas and me with mine. The relationship with Paul is easy and considerate and his team respectful and easy to get along with. it was important to feel a part of the development and this was achieved all the way through by means of photos, videos and calls.

Having gone 3 refurbs, it was a refreshing experience dealing with Paul and his team given some of the bad actors in this industry. Hands down Urban Projects is the best building company we have dealt with and offered good value for money. The project was managed effectively, transparently and with cost in mind from start to finish. The standard of work was excellent and the team were super helpful throughout, going above and beyond in some instances. I cannot thank Paul and his team enough and would highly recommend Urban Projects as a professional and high proficient outfit. We would certainly use them again.
